The Frederic’s Lunch Series is a gourmet, three-course meal prepared and served by students in Coastal Alabama Community College's Culinary and Hospitality programs on the Gulf Shores Campus. Lunches are typically presented once a week on Wednesdays over the course of several weeks during the Fall and Spring semesters.
